Future Plans
- To create an "About Aberford" page for people
who don't know about Aberford at all and also to help
guide them around the site.
- Walks in and around the village - contributions welcome
via email.
- Landmarks of Aberford - get some pictures of the landmarks
of Aberford and write short descriptions of their history
- again contributions are welcome! Hopefully the landmarks
will be accessed via a map of the village which will be
drawn in a cartoon style.
- Create a market place section in which villagers can
advertise things they want to sell - note that it doesn't
work at the moment!
- Get more information on the farming in the local area
- Get some interesting stories of bygone times in Aberford
(like the 10 or some pubs we used to have and the bank,
the fly line, etc... ) Any stories would be gratefully
received.
