- Starting at the Arabian Horse in the middle of Aberford
go up Field Lane. Past the allotments on the right and
after 300 metres the road turns into a single file track.
- Follow the track to the edge of the A1/M1 link and cross
the link road via the footbridge.
- At the end of the bridge take a right and then follow
the path around the side of a field.
